Beautiful, Functional Classrooms
Our classrooms are bright, spacious and comfortable. Designed to create conducive learning environment, each room has natural light, multiple seating spaces and lots of room for creative learning content. We put extra love into each space in our school, so kids can engage fully with their learning.
Convenient Location
​Our school is conveniently located on Tanglin Road and is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Bus services 32, 111, 122, and 132 stop at two nearby bus stops, just a short walk from the school. Astor International School is also ideally situated between three MRT stations: Napier (TEL), Orchard Boulevard (TEL), and Redhill (EWL), making commuting simple and efficient for families.
Our Playground
All our students spend at least 40 minutes a day outdoors. We have two outdoor play areas for our exclusive use - a fenced playground with trampoline and custom-built play equipment, and an open general use playing field next to a jungle play area.
Our Jungle
Being in the city centre, we are fortunate to have a green jungle space that our students enjoy daily.
Activity Room and Library
Our activity room and library is a large, open space that we also use for assembly, social events, performances and wet weather activities. It's spacious enough to accommodate all these activities as well as allowing students to enjoy reading, playing, arts and crafts and messy work!
Field Trips
We value real-life experiences and we know that education does not only happen in the classroom. We regularly take our students on field trips to enhance their learning experience.
Daily Exercise
Daily exercise teaches our students healthy habits and sets them up for a good learning experience. it's also fun!
Facilities and Equipment
Each classroom is equipped with all necessary material for an engaging learning experience. This includes a white board and a projector, themed boards according to the current learning topics, stationary and craft materials.
We prioritize hands-on approach to learning, so tactile learning tools pen are prioritized over screen learning. Older children are gradually introduced to tablets to enhance their learning experience.
